It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. It has every modern convenience thinkable. By far the best apartment we've stayed in. Accesability very good . Stunning views from the balcony and great security. It is a gem of an apartment.

Excellent location near to the centre, and Franschhoek, and the room was brand-new.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and it provided two air-conditioned accommodations with irons/ironing boards. The facilities were spacious and comfortable, and the availability of a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer made my stay convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated workspace or desk in the room.

The unit was well-equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the balcony offered great views of the mountains.

Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

One small hiccup - a leak in the bedroom roof during a rainy night required some quick floor drying and a makeshift bucket.

My children wanted a playground or play area on the property. Considering it was a family-friendly stay, having a designated space for kids to run around and play would have been a welcome addition.

Got a terrace to myself, free WiFi and parking, and a whole apartment. Enjoyed seeing the natural beauty nearby.

Despite the unfortunate roof incident, the location of the hotel was great being close to town. the spacious and comfortable room provided excellent views of the mountains from the balcony.

The leaking roof in the bedroom left us scrambling to dry the floor and place a bucket underneath.
